Michael Breus | Power of When | Book Review by Lisa Woodruff The Power of When: Discover Your Chronotype–and the Best Time to Eat Lunch, Ask for a Raise, Have Sex, Write a Novel, Take Your Meds, and More by Dr. Michael Brus begins by describing four chronotypes. Your chronotype is the internal biological clock that runs your body. In this book, he explains what the best time of day is to do literally everything based on your personal chronotype. In my book report, I share how we use this information at Organize 365 to improve productivity. I would love to hear if you have learned about your chronotype and how that has helped you get more organized or live a better life. Yes No Maybe So Book Review
Video / February 3, 2020

I was so excited about Yes No Maybe So as soon as I read the synopsis, and it did not disappoint! This is an endearing story about two teenagers Jamie and Maya, trying to create change in their community through activism and political campaign. But, it’s also a story about friendships, relationships, family and all the other regular suspects in a YA novel. Becky Albertalli and Aisha Saeed have done such a great job of weaving their personal stories and experiences into this novel – you are going to love it! *I received this book from Harper Collins Publishers to review, but as always, opinions are all my own!
