The main goal of this book is to give you a path to streamline your business to run more efficiently and serving it’s QBR (core purpose / method) so that you can add more value to your customers while removing yourself from constantly working in it.

I found Mike’s method for tracking and measuring the time spent “on” your business (The 4D’s) to be a great and actionable way to get a handle on how your time was spent without being to granular.

That along with the QBR idea are two concepts that I’ve applied and will be applying, to my businesses.
