Hey everyone. Here’s another day of what I ate and did while getting back on track with weight loss and keto. I ended up skipping dinner due to feeling a bit bloated (even though I was eating low carb- it still happens). It really helped give my gut a break and keep me feeling good and positive. Sometimes you got to use you intuition with food and not always eat if you’re not hungry.
This video ends the book review for The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo. Hope you all enjoyed it and got some tips on how to tidy up your own home, especially these days when we’re spending more time at home than usual.
Starting in tomorrow’s video, I’ll be doing beach body on deband workouts to hopefully get on a more specific workout schedule so stay tuned for those!
