Schedule launch – Mergers, Acquisitions as well as International Financial Guideline: Analysing Unique Purpose Acquisition Firms

By the end of 2020, more than 240 Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) were detailed in the United States (on NASDAQ or NYSE) increasing a record $83 billion. The momentum brought over into 2021, with over $100 billion raised via even more than 400 SPACs mainly on Wall Street, where SPACs make up two-thirds of all IPOs. It is the first publication to evaluate the use of SPACs from a functional and academic point of view, and will be relevant to academics as well as policymakers, global financial regulatory authorities, company finance attorneys and the economic sector extra commonly.
