And it’s The E Myth Revisited, why most small businesses don’t work and what to do about it. This book was written by the legendary author Michael Gerber, who I’m now proud to call one of my friends.

So this book is fascinating. It really tells a story about why 96 percent of startup businesses fail within those first 10 years. Michael does a great job of kind of walking you through how to really think about your business as a kind of tool for your life and how to work on your business rather than in your business.
