This book was POWERFUL. Cathy O’Neil included everything I needed to be absolutely hooked and it really taught me a lot when it comes to the way our businesses rely on these algorithms . . . even if they don’t serve the public, our customers or our audience any good.
It’s important to realize how all these aspects of our lives are connected, especially how they connect to our businesses and the way in which we want to grow as founders, thought leaders and impactful figures in our industries.
