Adroit Industries manufactures propeller shafts and precision-machined torque-transmission components used in driveline systems. The company offers more than 5,000 SKUs and caters to both automotive and non-automotive sectors.
For FY26, the company reported revenue of around ₹127.1 crore, up 4.9% year-on-year. Exports contributed 95.4% of revenue, highlighting the company’s strong exposure to international markets.
The IPO proceeds will be used mainly for machinery and equipment at the Dewas and Pithampur facilities, transportation vehicles, repayment or prepayment of borrowings of subsidiary Adroit Driveshafts, and general corporate purposes. Around ₹53.7 crore is proposed for machinery and equipment, while around ₹20.2 crore is intended for debt repayment.
