I would thoroughly recommend this book, it’s good on so many levels.
I especially liked Chapter 4 “Handling Your Audience and Guests” because it explains the relationship between Google Events and Hangouts. I like the examples provided of companies like Top Shop who use Hangouts in innovative ways. And on a higher level David talks about the secret ingredient to make your hangouts work, developing empathy.

I purchased this book as a result of attending a hangout organised by Yifat Cohen to launch David’s book, this is a great example of how hangouts can drive sales

This book will continue to be a great resource for me as my own hangouts business gains momentum.
