I started listening to audiobooks this year and The Troop by Nick Cutter was one of the first horror books that was suggested. Narrated by Corey Brill, this story is an exceptionally detailed, gruesome tale of survival of a troop of scouts on a small island, facing off against a genetically engineered, extremely lethal parasite and, even worse, each other.
